problemTaskCreate Mutation
Creates a new problem task.
Input Argument
problemTaskCreate accepts a single input argument, an input type,
which contains the values it uses.
The fields inside input are:

A unique identifier for the client performing the mutation.

The reason why the problem task was completed or canceled. Required when the status is completed or canceled.
ISO8601Timestamp)
The date and time at which the problem task is expected to be completed.
String)
Used to provide instructions for the person to whom the problem task will be assigned.
[AttachmentInput!])
The attachments used in the instructions field.
ID)
Identifier of the person to whom the problem task is to be assigned. Required unless the status is assigned.
Int)
The position of the problem task within the list of tasks of the problem. Writing a position moves the task and renumbers the other tasks.
ProblemTaskPriority)
Used to indicate how important it is that the problem task is completed. Defaults to medium.
ID!)
Identifier of the problem to which the problem task belongs.
String)
The reference of the problem task type that indicates the kind of work the problem task covers. Defaults to the account default.
ID)
Identifier of the request to link the problem task to.
ID)
Identifier of the risk to link the problem task to. Accepted only for accounts in which risk management is enabled.
ProblemTaskStatus)
The current status of the problem task. Defaults to assigned.

A short description of the work that the problem task covers.
ID)
Identifier of the team to which the problem task is to be assigned. Defaults to the team of the problem.
