ProblemTask Object
Root Connection
All ProblemTask objects of an account are accessible by a query on the root connection problemTasks.
Such a query will return a ProblemTaskConnection!, which contains the ProblemTask objects in its
nodes field.

The account this record belongs to.

The reason why the problem task was completed or canceled.
ISO8601Timestamp)
Automatically set to the date and time at which the problem task is saved with the status "Completed" or "Canceled".
Person)
The person who completed or canceled the problem task.
ISO8601Timestamp)
The date and time at which the record was created.

The person who created the problem task.

The date and time at which the problem task is expected to be completed.

Unique identifier of the record.

Used to provide instructions for the person to whom the problem task will be assigned.
LifeCycleState)
Current state of the record.

The manager of the problem to which the problem task belongs.

The person to whom the problem task is to be assigned.
Int)
The position of the problem task within the list of tasks of the problem. Writing a position moves the task and renumbers the other tasks.
ProblemTaskPriority)
Used to indicate how important it is that the problem task is completed.

The problem to which the problem task belongs.

The record ID as displayed in the UI

The reference of the problem task type that indicates the kind of work the problem task covers.
Request)
Used to link the problem task to a request.
Risk)
Used to link the problem task to a risk. Available only for accounts in which risk management is enabled.
ProblemTaskStatus)
The current status of the problem task.

A short description of the work that the problem task covers.
Team)
The team to which the problem task is to be assigned.
ISO8601Timestamp)
The date and time of the last update of the record. If the record has no updates it contains the createdAt value.
Connections
The connection fields in this section allow (paged) access to objects related to a specific ProblemTask record.
The actual objects will be in the nodes field of the connection.
