Knowledge Articles Import
Knowledge Articles can be imported into Xurrent using UTF-8 or UTF-16LE encoded comma-separated values (CSV) or tab-separated values (TSV) files.

4. Click **Apply** to ensure that you have the monitor set the way you like, then click **OK**.
