Problem Task Types Import
Problem Task Types can be imported into Xurrent using UTF-8 or UTF-16LE encoded comma-separated values (CSV) or tab-separated values (TSV) files.
Problem task types classify the problem tasks of an account. Every account starts with the types investigation, workaround, corrective, preventive, verification and other. A type is never deleted; set Disabled to 1 for a type that should no longer be used. Problem task types are only available in a full export, not in a filtered export.
Fields
- ID
- The unique ID of the problem task type.
- Source, Source ID

- Disabled
- Whether the problem task type may no longer be selected for problem tasks (
1) or not (0). - Name
- Required The name of the problem task type (max 128 characters, unique within the account).
- Reference
- The reference that is used for the type of a problem task in the API and in imports and exports, and that is used to match an existing type on import. When no reference is provided, it is derived from the name: lowercase, with spaces replaced by underscores. It follows the name until the type is used by a problem task, and cannot be changed from then on. The reference
corrective, of the default type, can never be changed. - Description
- A short description of the problem task type (max 255 characters).
- Information
- Additional information about the problem task type.
- Position
- The position of the problem task type in the list of types.
