Problem Tasks Import
Problem Tasks can be imported into Xurrent using UTF-8 or UTF-16LE encoded comma-separated values (CSV) or tab-separated values (TSV) files.
Detailed information about the data that can be specified in the columns of a Problem Tasks import file can be found in Problem Tasks API - Fields. The Type column holds the reference of a problem task type.
Problem tasks have no Source and Source ID fields. Use the ID column to update an existing problem task.
